Plate Loaded Bench Press — Heavy-Duty Plate Loaded Machine

ORDER PLACED

As soon as you order, you'll get a confirmation email and your order goes into our packing queue. When it ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to start working.

We currently deliver to Victoria and New South Wales. If you're in another state, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can get it to you.

PROCESSING TIME

Everything ships from our Phillip Island warehouse in Victoria.

• Small items and single boxes: usually collected by the courier the next business day.
• Racks, packages and heavy items: need a 2-person lift or machinery, so allow up to 2 business days for collection. We'll confirm when your dispatch is booked.
• Weekend orders: collected on Monday or Tuesday.

ORDER DELIVERED

Estimated delivery times, counted from the day the courier collects your order:

Gym packages and power racks can weigh over 200 kg and travel on a pallet with Mainfreight. We'll contact you to arrange delivery. All times are estimates, and couriers, public holidays and peak periods can cause delays.

Damaged in transit? Take photos straight away, before you unpack any further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement and arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item, at no cost to you.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

• Change of mind: you have 7 days from delivery. The item must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging, and we need to approve the return in writing first. We refund as store credit, and you pay the return shipping.
• 5-year warranty: covers defects in materials and workmanship. If we confirm a fault, we cover courier costs both ways and either repair the item with genuine parts or replace it.

A few changes from the old text, so it doesn't contradict your policy pages:

• Dispatch timing: I dropped the "before 1 PM same-day pickup" promise because your Delivery page says next business day.
• Delivery times: "2–3 days nationwide" is now the actual VIC/NSW estimates.
• Australia Post: I removed the mention because the Delivery page doesn't name it. If you do use Australia Post for small items, add it back on both pages.
• Coverage, warranty and returns: if you change delivery coverage, the warranty length or the returns window from the fix list, update this tab at the same time.
