Process
ORDER PLACED
Once your order’s in, you’ll get a confirmation email. Then a tracking number drops when it ships. Follow the trail, know when it’s landing. We use Mainfreight for the large items and Australia post for smaller items.
Processing Time
Before 1 PM AEST: We’ll aim to have it picked up by the courier same day—no guarantees, though; it might shift to the next morning if things get tight.
After 1 PM AEST: Courier collects it the next morning. Order after 2 PM Friday or over the weekend? It’s Monday morning—weekends don’t move.
Once It’s Out: You’ll get a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. Keep tabs on it; know when it hits your door.

- Gym Packages: These beasts can tip 300kg or more. Give Mainfreight a few extra days to haul it your way.
- Rural Crew: Out in the sticks? Hang tight—add an extra day for the driver to roll up.
- Damage in Transit: Don’t panic if it arrives roughed up. Hit us up, we’ll swap the busted item and arrange the courier to grab it back. Done.
