Refund & Returns Policy – Prodigy Fitness Supplies

At Prodigy Fitness Supplies, we back our products with fair policies and full compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We want you to be fully confident when shopping with us.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund if the product has a major fault or failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • A repair or replacement if the item fails to meet acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure

A major failure includes:

  • A problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you knew about it
  • The product being unsafe
  • It being significantly different from its sample or description
  • It not performing as promised and the issue can't be fixed easily

If the issue is not major, we will offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.


Change of Mind or Non-Faulty Returns – 7 Day Policy

We offer a 7-day change of mind return policy in addition to your consumer rights.

Important:

  • We do not accept any returns or refunds for change of mind after 7 days
  • Returns for reasons such as wrong size or no longer needed are only accepted within this 7-day period

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • If approved, you will receive store credit only (no refunds)

How to Make a Return (Faulty or Non-Faulty)

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First
    Email us at sales@prodigystrength.com.au and include:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or videos of the item (especially for damaged or faulty claims)
    • Your contact details (name, phone number, and address)
  2. Wait for Return Approval
    We will review your request and let you know:
    • If the return is approved
    • What type of return is applicable (repair, refund, replacement, or store credit)
    • Return instructions including packaging and where to send the item
  3. Package the Item
  • Use the original packaging if possible
  • Ensure the item is clean, protected, and securely sealed
  • Include your order number and full name inside the package
  1. Send the Item to the Return Address Provided
    We’ll provide the correct return address once your return is approved. Please do not send any items before receiving our instructions.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing after we receive the returned item
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to release the funds

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval may not be processed
  • If the product is not found to be faulty (or if the issue is due to misuse or incorrect installation), the return may be declined
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was delivered faulty or incorrect
