ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING – Prodigy Fitness Supplies

Order In? You’ll Know.
As soon as you place your order, we’ll fire off a confirmation email. Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Courier Info:

  • Mainfreight handles the heavy stuff (like full gym packages).

  • Australia Post is our go-to for smaller gear.

Same-Day Dispatch? Here’s the Cut-Off:

  • Order before 1 PM AEST – we’ll do our best to get it picked up the same day (no promises, but we move quick).

  • After 1 PM AEST – it’ll roll out the following business morning.

  • Ordered after 2 PM Friday or over the weekend? It’s locked in for Monday dispatch. Couriers don’t run weekends, and neither do we.

Shipping Times:

  • Small Gear & Single Boxes: Fast movers—expect delivery in 2–3 business days nationwide.

  • Gym Packages: These freight legends can weigh 300kg+. Allow a few extra days for Mainfreight to work their magic.

  • Rural Orders: If you're off the grid, add a day or two for delivery—your driver’s doing the hard yards.

Transit Damage?
No stress. If your order arrives damaged, snap some photos and contact us. We’ll sort a replacement and have the courier collect the damaged item—no fuss.
