Featuring a hybrid grip pattern with dual knurl marks, this bar is ideal for Olympic lifts, powerlifting, and general strength training. With a tensile strength of 150,000 PSI and load-tested to 300kg, it’s ready for heavy sessions in any home or commercial gym.

Note: Black-coated sleeves will show natural cosmetic wear over time. If you prefer minimal marking, consider a chrome-sleeved bar.
