We ship orders from our Phillip Island warehouse in Victoria. We're a growing business and are currently delivering to VIC and NSW — with more states coming soon. We want to be upfront about what you can expect so there are no surprises.

A note on delivery times
We're honest about the fact that gym equipment is heavy and bulky — delivery times can vary. The estimates below are guides, not guarantees. Larger items like racks and packages shipped on a pallet will naturally take longer than small accessories. We'll always keep you informed with tracking details.

Small items are typically collected the next business day. Large items (requiring 2-man lifts or machinery) may take up to 2 business days to collect. You'll receive a tracking number when it ships.

Contact Us

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Because gym equipment is heavy and bulky, freight costs can be significant — especially for larger items. The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Currently we service Victoria and New South Wales. We're working on expanding to other states — Queensland is next. If you're in another state, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can help.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active in the courier's system. If you haven't received a tracking number after 2 business days, contact us and we'll follow it up.

Don't stress. Take photos immediately and contact us as soon as possible. We'll arrange a replacement for the damaged item and organise courier collection of the damaged goods — at no cost to you.

We can pass specific instructions to our courier partners — things like leaving the parcel in a safe place, calling ahead, or preferred delivery windows. Contact us after placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. We can't guarantee these requests but we'll always try.

For large orders with multiple items or boxes, different parts can move through the courier network at different speeds. If you receive part of your order, the rest is on its way — usually arriving within a day or two. Contact us if you're missing items for more than 5 business days.
